A Growing Necessity’s Soil Test Process

Simple, easy & fast!

• Homeowner agrees to the Soil Testing Process (typically included within a standard high quality seasonal fertilizer package).
• Lawn Care professional enters their ID (obtained at registration e.g. GRA91779), customer ID (e.g. name or address, etc. to identify customer) and lawn size on soil sample pouch & the postage paid box and copies information for office records
• Extract soil samples from homeowner's lawn and place it in soil pouch and seal.
• Place pouch in postage paid box, seal well with tape and drop sample in nearest Canada/USA Post Office Mailbox.

• Laboratory receives KIT and processes soil sample.

• A Growing Necessity then translates results into a fertilizer program that utilizes the maintenance fertilizer blends and offers any additional requirements (such as: aeration or gypsum) where applicable.
• A Growing Necessity emails reports prescription directly to Lawn Care Business. Should Email not be used by the lawn care business, the prescription is mailed out.
